The team of Mike Carden and Mike Cox of Timberlake, NC took top honors in the April 17 event on Lake Mayo with a 6 fish creel weighing 21.26 lbs.  Mike and Mike’s catch was also anchored with the tournament lunker, a 4.82 pounder.  Their catch netted them $920 for the event.  

Tourney runner-ups was the team of Wayne and Jerry Sheppard of Mebane, NC .  Wayne and Jerry’s 6 fish limit of 21.08 lbs earned them $430 for the day.  

Rounding out the top three was the team of Dom Barretta of Clarksville, VA and Keith Redd of Virgilina, VA.   Dom and Keith’s 6 fish limit of 20.00 lbs earned them $174 for the day.
