Sir or Ma'am,
May name is HM1 Randal Manning. I am th eLeading Petty Officer for
the 2d LAR Battalion Aid Station. We are currently in Rawah, Iraq.
We were given your care package by Gunnery Sergeant Hatfield. Thank
you so much for the package. I would like to thank each person that
donated something to the package. Make sure to convey my gratitude
to your family and friends as well. We appreciate the gifts that
you sent us. Everyday we are amazed at the amount of care packages
that we are sent by people back home. It is nice to know that despite
all of the negative media attention, that the vast majority of American's
still support the troops. We really enjoyed the package. Your packages
really came in handy for us. The weather has been cold for past few
days. It was around 19 degrees last night and about 30 the next day.
The day we got the package we were excited about some of the things
that were in the package. That sentiment is shared by all of us in
the BAS.
We are the medical section for 2s LAR and so far we have has a good
deployment. I have some of the best young Corpsman in the Navy working
for me along with some great senior leadership. Our doctor is LT
Andrew Bailey and our Battalion Chief is HMC Joe Murphy. We also
have an Independent Duty Corpsman (the best comparison would be close
to a Physician's assistant with a college degree) eho is HM1 Truman
Gartman. The younger guys are; HM2 Keith Robinson, HM3 Patrick Bailey,
HM3 Jack Ballard, HM3 Kelly Burgess, HM3 Joe Herring, HM3 Braden
Huley, HM3 Jaime Xiong, HN Joe Gonzalez, HN Jacob Hyde, HN Joshua
Alles, HN Scott Wiley, HN Michael Fulton, HA Marcus Gashy, HA Joseph
Coats and I have 20 other Corpsman out with the Alpha, Charlie, and
Delta line companies and the Guard Force. They are all doing a great
job and we have had our tests out here, but so far we have excelled.
The Troops are doing some amazin things and we are positive about
the situation out here.
Thank you again for everything. We enjoyed the package and we are
looking forward to your continued support. Keep the prayers coming
and most of all please continue your support for the troops.
Sincerely
Randal Manning

Dear Sandi,
The buying experience at Angler's Choice was fine. Nick did his
job and
I did mine. What was and is still so impressive are the people at
Angler's
Choice. Starting with Nick and right through with Randy - who took
my buddy
Ron and me on a demo ride and was very patient and thorough in answering
the
hundreds of questions that I had - to Lisa, who handled all the paperwork
to
make sure my title, tags and warranties were taken care of - to Brian,
who
was there when I took delivery to answer even more questions - to
Darrell,
who continued answering questions even today. What a great group
of folks;
very patient, extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of their
jobs, and
eager to help. It would be very easy to get the impression you all
care
about the customer - because you really do.
Thanks for working with me toward my goal of buying a high quality
bass boat after 20 years of being out of the boat owning business.
Tomorrow
I intend to take my new boat to the lake for the first time. Can't
wait!
If it runs half as good as it looks, I'll be very pleased! I'm sure
it
will...It's a TRITON, right?
You guys are great. I look forward to being a loyal Angler's Choice
customer for many years. Thanks also to all involved in rigging my
boat. I
went over it thoroughly this weekend and I was very impressed with
the fit &
finish.

Hi Sandi, hope you and Nick have a very Merry Christmas and Happy
New Year.
I finally managed to get over my cold/flu and took my boat to Lake
Anna
today and caught a 6 pound 6 oz bass on a crank bait I bought from
your
tackle shop. It will be posted on the Sturgeon Creek website. I had
the pic
taken so it would show my Triton decals.
Please wish all your staff a happy holiday from me.
Take care,
Bert Seymour
P.S. : I look forward to seeing you at the Orange Anglers Sportsman
Show in
March. I'll be handling the boat arrangements again this year so
just let
me know how I can help.

Nick, Brian and Sandi,
I just wanted to thank you for the experience of purchasing my boat
from your dealership 11/4/06. I was very impressed with the professional
way your dealership is set up and operated. It makes me feel much better knowing
I have professional people backing up my purchase if there is ever
any problem. I would highly recommend any of my friends to do business
at Angler's Choice.
Thanks again,

I
have known the people at Angler's Choice for a number of years. If
something is not right, they are always willing to fix the problem
as soon
as possible. The service there has always been Angler's biggest asset
in my
opinion.

Sandi,
I just wanted to send you a pic of what my boat looked like two
weekends ago when I won our club tourney at Smith Mountain. Also
wanted to give Darryl a huge thanks for getting my boat ready in
time. I wound up running 45 minutes one way in the tournament to
find fish and it paid off. There would have been no way to do this
if the motor had not been fixed in time for my practice day. I had
three gentlemen come up to me before and after the tournament to
ask who I got my boat from and I gave them all your name and info.
One gentleman in particular comes to mind because he told me of an
experience where he had to wait almost 2 weeks to get his boat back
when he brought it to you to get it fixed. He told me that Darryl
was not the man in charge when he took his boat to you guys and I
took the opportunity to assure him that you have always fixed my
boat the day that I bring it to the shop. He was astounded that anyone
could have that kind of service and said that he would give you guys
another try because he is currently looking to buy another boat.
I hope that things are going well with you and I hope that some of
these people find there way to your facility.
Thanks,
Brian Fritts

Dear Sandra,
What follows are additional comments on my recent purchase experience
with Angler's Choice. I completed your survey, but found it
to be too vague to fully articulate what I experienced.
I came to Angler's Choice to purchase a previously owned Triton.
I contacted Brian Shuler to make an appointment. He showed me every
used boat on your lot, explaining each in great detail. Though we
spent considerable time discussing each boat, he never demonstrated
any form of frustration or impatience with me. His product knowledge
and professionalism impressed me greatly, and I was certain that
I would buy a boat from him if I saw the one I wanted. He was THAT
good!
I did not buy a boat from him that day, but I did
buy a NEW Triton TR186 from him a week later. The order was placed
by telephone, and the boat was made ready for pickup on the date
we agreed on. Brian introduced me to Darrell, your Service Manager.
Darrell personally explained every feature on the boat and answered
my questions thoroughly and professionally. I truly had the felling
that, as a customer, I was important to him. As you know, making
customers feel that way is seemingly everyone's goal, but is seldom achieved.
Since buying the boat, I have called Brian on 2 separate occasions
with small problems. Brian provided quick response and solutions.
That solidified even more the trust and confidence I have in him.
In short, my purchasing experience with Angler's Choice was
exceptional! Your staff is first-rate in my book, and I will definitely
recommend Angler's Choice to anyone who is in the market for
a boat - new or used. As your slogan says, "service is
a total attitude"...it appears to me that your staff has
fully embraced it.
I hope these comments make clear what I experienced at Angler's
Choice.
Sincerely,
Don Pavlik

Angler Sorrell Wins Champlain Tour Event!
PLATTSBURGH,
N.Y. - Edging out CITGO Bassmaster Elite Series pro Kotaro
Kiriyama by a mere ounce, Stokesdale, N.C., resident and Angler's
Choice Pro-staffer, Rodney Sorrell earned his first BASS win
Saturday on Lake Champlain in the CITGO Bassmaster Northern Tour.
Sorrell's three-day total was 53 pounds, 2 ounces. Kiriyama took second place
with 53 pounds, 1 ounce Sorrell climbed steadily to his first BASS career win.
He started out in 31st place after Day 1, finished Day 2 in seventh place and
then moved in on the win Saturday. He said he targeted smallmouth all three
days, almost exclusively with a Yum Dinger rigged wacky-style on a drop-shot
rig.
"The reason I got the bites was because I was dead-sticking it," said Sorrell. "I
just let it drift and they would hit it. The natural pull of the lake gave it
action."
Sorrell, 38, who works for a construction company that specializes in waterproofing,
earned $23,100 in cash and a Triton boat rig with Mercury outboard worth $45,000.
"It's just unbelievable. It's a dream I've had since I started fishing as a little
kid," said Sorrell. He said he plans to use his cash winnings toward a home for
his mother. Rodney has been a member of Angler's Choice Pro Staff for 10
years. We are very proud of Rodney and his accomplishments!

Dear Sandi,
On behalf of the Martinsville Senior Center and Henry County Parks & Recreation
we would like to thank Angler's Choice for participating in
our Eighth Annual Fishing Clinic for kids ages 8-12, which was held
on June 10. Forty-nine children participated in this year's
clinic. We would also like to thank Lisa Thompson who works for your
company. Without Lisa's interest and dedication towards this
event, we could not have pulled it off. She has been a definite asset
to the fishing clinic for the past eight years.
Again, many thanks for your company's generosity.
Sincerely,
Betsy Pace, Senior Services coordinator

I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate your staff. Heather
was very nice when my wife an I came in to look at your boats. Brian
was great in showing us the boats you had and answered all of our questions.
Nick made us very happy with the financing and no pressure attitude.
Lisa handled all the paperwork wonderfully, DMV and VDGIF. She explained
all the paperwork and made the experience all the more pleasant. Sandi
you have a great staff, I will be telling all my friends about how
well I was treated at Anglers Choice.
Keep doing what you are doing! I am always very satisfied with every
experience I have ever had with Angler's Choice and your staff.
This is the second boat at Angler's Choice for me and if I buy
another one it will be at Angler's Choice.
The boat handles it real well. I've gotten a lot of compliments about
how nice it looks. I'm sending along a few pictures that were taken while fishing from my
Triton TR21-X. Everyone who sees it comments on what a beautiful boat it is
and as for myself I couldn't be happier. Thanks for making this "DREAM" come
true for me!
I would like to thank you for all your cooperation
in helping me in my recent purchase of a Triton TR-196 bass boat. Your
sales and customer service department has proven to be an exceptional
department that stands above and beyond the rest of the industry.
I am most grateful for your personal support and assistnace.
I have highly recommended Angler's Choice Marine to
many other persons over the last month and will continue to do so.
Now I want to take this opportunity to let those in charge of Angler's
Choice know how much I really appreciate your efforts and the excellent
support that you have provided to me. Again, many thanks to you.
I just wanted to let you guys know that your parts
department has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I
placed an order on Monday and received the parts at my front door the
next day. On top of that, I found a free Angler's Choice hat packed
inside. Although your store is located about 2 hours from me, I feel
you're right next door.
This is not the first time- about two months ago,
a windshield brace was damaged on my 2000 Triton SF18 while caught
in a terrible storm on Smith Mountain Lake. I contacted your parts
department to find a replacement and discovered that the identical
brace was not available. My braces were a black finish and only polished
aluminum was available. To resolve the problem, I was sent two new
braces so they would match and at no charge!! I have told everyone
I know that story, so the word is out in Lynchburg about your remarkable
service. Your parts department staff is friendly, helpful, and exceed
all expectations. It's nice to find a company who really cares about
their customers. When the time comes to buy a new boat, I know exactly where
to shop.
D. Smith
Lynchburg, Va.
If you were really nice you could sponsor me with a brand new Triton
bass boat fully loaded. Sweet Dreams. I think you guys & gals are
top shelf. Thanks for everything.
