GUIDELINES:

All ZX Bass Boats, FX Bass Boats, ZX Bay Boats, ZX Walleye Series purchased during the program period are eligible to receive the following consumer incentives:

* Custom Boat Cover!
* Entry to SKEETER® Owners Tournament to compete for $100,000 in Cash & Prizes!

All TZX, SX, SL and ST Boats purchased during the program period are eligible to receive the following consumer incentive:

* Lowrance iFinder® Handheld GPS!
* Custom Boat Cover!
* Entry to SKEETER® Owners Tournament to compete for $100,000 in Cash & Prizes!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All product participating on this program must be unregistered new boats purchased by March 31, 2004.
All product must be warranty registered by April 30, 2004.
Product will be shipped AFTER warranty registration is received.

NOTE: Boats that are purchased for promotional purposes, i.e. State Team Boats, tournament discount, give-a-ways, Dealer demo's or on any other special programs, will not be eligible for this program.
